Steep roof
A very high pitch roof, complex design.
Someone else's bad paint job had to be fixed
It was painted previously by someone on shiny corrugated sheets without any primer, paint was peeling off everywhere. Cleaned, primed, repainted properly.
Big, multi level, complex roof with lots of cutting in.
Extreme care had to be taken along the walls.
Easy roof
It was due to be painted.
Old dacramastic roof.
Old dacramastic roof lost most of its chips.
Faded old roof brought back to life.
Looks like new.
A difficult project.
The factory coating of the corrugated sheets were pitting, combined with lots of lichen and mold. After cleaning the roof, a solvent based special primer was used to stop further pitting/peeling and proper adhesion.
Old farm house
Many nails had to be replaced with screws on this roof.
